  These Rates are nett included Indonesian Breakfast and subject to change without   prior notice

         MEALS RATES (GROUP / MINIMUM 15 PAYING GUESTS)

         1. Minimum 15 paying guests

         2. Outside catering or similar service is not allowed.

RESERVATION

-          Reservation letter should be addressed to Sales and Marketing   
      Department or Operation Manager.

-          Reservation letter should be made min. 2 weeks before arrival date.

-          75 % Cancellation Fee would be charged for Room Cancellation on 1 day 
      before check in date.

-          100% Cancellation Fee would be charged for Meals Cancellation on 1 day 
      before and Room & Meals

-          Cancellation on the check in day.

TERM OF PAYMENT

-          Down payment is requested for all reservation.

-          Payment  should be settled on check out  day or the latest 2 (two) weeks 
      after receiving Invoices.     

-          Payment could be transferred to BCA Branch Matraman account  no : 
       3422798363 a/n . Ny. Noeryati Bahasoean

GENERAL CONDITIONS

-          1 Room occupied maksimum 2 (two) persons.

-          All above rates are inclusive VAT and service.

-          All rates are Non-Commissionable.

-          The rate can be changed without prior notice adapted to the economic 
       situation.

-          Any Amendment made latest 02 (two) days before arrival date (in 
       Written).

-          Shuttled Airport transfer is not available.

-          Room Rates Change for every December 30 – 31 (New Year’s eve rate).

     All above Rates & Conditions are accepted by both parties.
